Welcome to OSINT SLEUTH!   We are a division of Duncan Investigations Inc.  By accessing or purchasing from our website (OSINTSLEUTH.COM), you agree to  the following terms and conditions.   Please read them carefully before making a purchase or using any of our services.  

 

Products  & Services:  We offer dowloadable files, videos, tools and courses related to Open Source Intelligence Investigations.   At present, the products are digital and are provided for immediate download after the purchase. 

We do not authorize the sharing of any files and we do not accept any returns or refunds.

 

• Downloads;  All files, videos, videos and other digital products are availabe for purchase are downloaded immediately after payment confirmation.  
• Access to video courses:  After purchasing a course, you will be provided with access to the course materials through our online platform, and access is granted for the duration that will be specified in the course description. 

File Sharing and Distribution:  

 

By purchasing and downloading any of our products, you agree not to share, redistribute, or transfer any digital files, videos, or course materials to third parties without our express written consent.

 

• Intellectual Property:  All products available for download are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
• Non Redistribution:  You are not authorized to share, sell or distribute any files or materials purchased from OSINT SLEUTH.  Violations may result in legal action and the termination of access to the products.  

Sales and Refund Policy

 

All sales on OSINT Sleuth ar final.  Due to the nature of the products (digital files and online courses), we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once a purchase has been completed. 

• Digital Files:  Once a file or video has been downloaded or accessed, it is non-refundable.
• Courses:   Access to courses is granted immediately after purchase.  Since our courses are digital and accessible upon purchase , we do not accept returns or cancellations, or refunds. 

By purchasing any of our products, you acknowledge and agree that you have reviewed the product descriptions and understand that all sales are final. 

 

Payments:  We accept payments through secure onlined gateways.  Prices for products are listed on the website at the time of purchase.  All applicable taxes will be added to the purchase price where required by law. 

 

• Currency:  Prices are listed in Canadian funds
• Payment Methods:   We accept payments by credit card, debit via Pay Pal, e-transfer or we can send you a secure link for all major credit cards.

Limitation of Liability 

 

To the fullest extent of the law, OSINT Sleuth, A Division of Duncan Investigations Inc., will not be held liable for any damages out of use, misuse or inability to use the products purchased from our website.   This includes, but is not limited to indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits or data.

 

No Warranty:  Our products are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.   We do not guarantee that our digital products will meet your expectations or that they are error-free.

By using our website, and purchasing our products,  you agree to:

 

• Not to share, sell, or distribute any downloaded materials to third parties;
• Use the products for lawful purposes only, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations;

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in our jurisdiction.
