Open Felony Arrests
• Only Arkansas felony arrests that are less than 3 years old will be included;

• Indicates if the subject is a registered sex offender (Levels 1–4) or required to register.  Only Arkansas sex offender information is reported. 

🚫 What Is Not Included:

• Juvenile records
• Sealed or expunged convictions
