Mandatory Requirements for Employers:   All employers of Arkansas commercial drivers are required to search the Arkansas Commercial Driver Alcohol and Drug Testing Database prior to hiring a commercial driver.  We can provide this search for you on our site.   

Also, as per Arkansas law, employers are required to report and submit to the database any positive alcohol and drug test results on commercial drivers, as well as report drivers who refuse to submit to an alcohol or drug test.
